DMRC Recruitment 2023: DMRC is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the posts of General Manager (Electrical) and General Manager/ Electrical/ Utility Diversion. Candidate willing to apply for DMRC Recruitment 2023 should not be more than 55 years for the selection on Deputation basis and should not be more than 62 years for selection on PRCE basis.

Salary for DMRC Recruitment 2023:
The chosen applicant for DMRC Recruitment 2023 will receive a salary as given below-
On a Deputation basis–
The chosen candidate will be given a Parent department pay plus a deputation allowance.
On a PRCE basis-
The chosen candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs.165900.
Candidates are eligible for DMRC Recruitment 2023 if they have the given below eligibility.
For General Manager (Electrical)-
For Candidates working in/retired from CDA/Pay-
IRSEE/ Ex-IRSEE officers, presently working in /retired (for Post-Retirement Contractual Engagement basis only) from the CDA pay scale at Level 14 (Rs. 144200 – 218200) in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC, or higher; in any Govt. Organization/ CPSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Government Organization/ CPSUs. Officers working in Non-Functional Grade at Level-14 may also apply.
For Candidates working in/retired from CDA/Pay-
IRSEE/ Ex-IRSEE officers, presently working in/ /retired (for Post-Retirement Contractual Engagement basis only) from the IDA pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 or higher, in any Govt. Organization/ CPSUs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 years’ of service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Govt. Organization/ CPSUs.
For General Manager/ Electrical/ Utility Diversion-
Qualification– Candidate must have a B.E./ B. Tech (Electrical) degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University / Institute to be eligible for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2023.
Eligibility-
Officers working in, or, retired from Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200) revised as per 7th CPC (G.P-10000, pre-revised as per 6th CPC) in the CDA Pay scale, or, Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 in the IDA Pay scale in any Central Govt. Organization/ CPSUs/ Delhi DISCOMs, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 (eighteen) years’ service at Gazetted/ Executive level, out of which a minimum 5 years must be in diverting utilities of 400kV / 220kV / 132kV / 110kV / 66kV / 33kV / 11kV transmission lines.
Experience in DISCOMs of high and medium voltage utilities, etc., shall be required. Officers should be free from D&AR and Vigilance enquiry. Officers working on a Non-functional scale may also apply.
As given in the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
The list of shortlisted candidates shall be uploaded on the DMRC website in the First week of December 2023 (tentatively) and interviews shall be held in the Second week of December 2023 at Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi OR through online mode (tentatively).
