BEML Recruitment 2023: BEML Limited is accepting applications for the posts of Executive Director, Deputy General Manager, Assistant Manager, Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, Officer, Assistant Officer, Chief General Manager, General Manager, Manager and Management Trainee in various fields. The candidate will be appointed for one year. As per the official notification of BEML Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit should be up to 54 years. The selected aspirants will be chosen through a written test and a personal interview. The applicant must have a first-class degree in engineering from a recognized university or institution.

For Executive Director, Operations Excellence:

  • The candidates should have a first-class degree in engineering from a recognized university or institution.
  • Candidates should have a postgraduate degree or diploma in technology or management will have an added advantage.

For Deputy General Managers R and D:

  • The candidates should have a first-class degree in engineering in mechanical, automobile, or industrial production engineering from a recognized university or institution.
  • The candidates should have a post-graduation or higher qualification in IC Engine, Thermal Engg., Combustion Engg., Industrial or Production, which will be an added advantage.

For Assistant Manager Production:

  • The candidates should have a first-class degree in engineering in mechanical, automobile, or industrial production engineering from a recognized university or institution.
    The candidates should have a post-graduation or higher qualification in IC Engine, Thermal Engineering, Combustion Engineering, or Industrial Production, which will be of added advantage.

For General Manager, International Business-

  • The candidates should have a first-class degree in engineering from a recognized university / Institution.
  • The candidates should have a postgraduate degree or diploma in management will have an added advantage.

For Chief General Manager, Finance:

  • The candidate should have a CA, CMA (ICWA) or First Class Full-Time MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.

For MT (Mechanical):

  • The candidate should have a B.E. or B. Tech. in mechanical engineering (including allied branches) with an average of 60% marks.

For Executive Director, Operations Excellence:

  • The candidates should have at least 5 years of cumulative post-qualification experience during the last 10 years of service in the field of operations, projects, or planning at the senior level of management in an organization of repute.

For Deputy General Managers R and D-

  • The candidates should have experience in the areas of design of engines for automobiles and heavy earth moving applications in the design and development of engines and their subsystems.
  • The candidate should have Exposure to 3D modelling, analysis, and simulation through engine software will be an added advantage.
    The candidates should have exposure to engine testing, calibration, component evaluation, application engineering, vehicle integration, and systems such as the CRDI fuel system, exhaust treatment system, and OBD-II for the development of CEV Stage IV and Stage V engines.

For Assistant Manager Production-

  • The candidates should have post-qualification experience in the production of internal combustion engines.
  • The candidates should have experience or exposure in engine assembly. Testing and quality assurance of heavy-duty tank engines and off-highway diesel engines will be an added advantage.

For General Manager and  International Business

  • The candidates should have at least 5 years of post-qualification cumulative experience in the last 10 years in the field of international marketing of engineering products, capital goods, or projects in an organization of repute.
  • The candidates who have exposure to international logistics, foreign trade policy, FEMA, DGFT and export documentation will have an added advantage.

For Chief General Manager of Finance:

  • The candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification cumulative experience in the last 10 years in the finance function at a senior level in an organization of repute.
  • The candidate should have experience or exposure in project finance, project costing, budget and fund management, import-export procedures and documentation, direct and indirect taxation (including international), and preparation of financial statements.
