Overview:

JLL is hiring an experienced Finance Specialist – AR Billing at their Gurgaon location. You will directly review & coordinate with Business for client invoicing and revenue recognition and submission of invoice to Business or Client as applicable.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• New Client code creation
• New Contract creation
• New Project Code creation
• Set up Client address and other mandatory details in PS required for Invoicing
• Report the invoicing status to Business or DC team coordinator
• Complete ownership on invoicing end to end cycle
• All People Soft data entry related activities
• Synergy between multiple teams in Finance and Business
• Omit duplicity of work in document sanitization

Requirements:

• Degree Holder: preferred B. Com
• Invoicing / Billings experience of at least 2 years
• Strong attention to detail, well organised, ability to prioritize work within tight operational and financial deadline
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Fluency in spoken and written English essential
• Peoplesoft knowledge and experience
• Strong Excel Knowledge
• Good Accounting Knowledge, Communication and Analytical Skills
