Qualification-

• The applicant must be VII Standard pass.
• The applicant must have Valid First Aid Certificate from St. John’s Ambulance Association / Recognized Institutions.

Desirable-

• The applicant must have Adequate knowledge of Malayalam.

Experience-

• The applicant must have 03 years experience as Nursing Assistant/ First Aider in a 25 bed hospital or in a Factory or in Armed Forces.

Salary for CSL Recruitment 2023:

The chosen applicant for CSL Recruitment 2023 will receive a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 21500.

The Objective Type Written Test-

• Duration– 35 Minutes duration.
• Questions– 30 Multiple Choice Questions.

The Practical test-

• Marks– 70 marks.

• For PwBD Candidates- 40 % of Total Marks of each test.
