Essential Qualifications and Experience for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification for OHPC Recruitment 2023, candidates should have the essential qualifications mentioned below.

For Junior Manager (Electrical):

• The candidates should have a matriculation with ITI in Electrician/Wireman/Lineman Trade and 10 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above, plus a Supervisor Certificate of Competency from ELBO, Odisha/NPC, Govt. of India.
• The candidates should have a diploma or any higher degree in electrical engineering with 8 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above.

For Junior Manager (Mechanical):

• The candidates should have a Matric with ITI in Fitter trade and 10 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above, plus a Supervisor certificate of competency from the NPC, Govt. of India.
• The candidates should have a diploma or any higher degree in mechanical engineering with 8 years of experience in NE-4 grade.

For Junior Manager (Finance):

• The candidates must have matriculated with 15 years of experience in NE-5.
• The candidates must have a graduated degree with 10 years of experience in NE-5.
• The candidates must have graduated degree with a P.G. degree or diploma in commerce with eight years of experience in NE-5 and above.
• The candidates must have CA (Inter) or ICWAI (Inter) with 8 years of experience in NE-5.

For Junior Manager (HR):

• The candidates must have an HSC with 15 years of experience in NE-5.
• The candidates must have a graduated degree with 10 years of experience in NE-5.
• The candidates must have graduated degree with a 1-year P.G. Diploma in HRM, Personnel Management, or Labour Laws from any university or recognized institute (AICTC) with 8 years of experience in NE-5.

Selection procedure for OHPC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of OHPC Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected by a written test and an interview. The written test will be conducted through a computer-based test (CBT) at Bhubaneswar. The CBT will have 100 marks, and the duration of the CBT will be 2 hours. Out of 100 questions, 80 will be from subject knowledge in the respective trade or discipline, and 20 will be from general awareness of hydropower plants and the core business activities of OHPC. There will be a negative mark of 0.20 for each wrong answer.
