• The salary will be fixed at 50% of their last basic pay drawn at the time of retirement. The re-engaged employees shall not be entitled to increment, dearness allowance and HRA, hence they shall be paid transport allowance as applicable.

For Consultant S &T-

• The candidate should have B.E./B. Tech/ BSc./Diploma (Engineering) Degree in Electronics & Communication Engg., or Electrical Engg. or Electronics & Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.

For Expert/ Consultant Electrical (OHE/TRD/ PSI)-

• The candidate should have B.E/B.Tech/ Diploma (Engineering) Degree in Electrical Engg., or Electronics & Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.

Experience Required for RITES Recruitment 2024:

As per the official notification of RITES Recruitment 2024, the required experience is mentioned below:

For Expert/ Consultant S &T-

• Candidate should have minimum post- qualification of 20 years (Govt./PSU) in experience Rail related/major infrastructure projects, preparation of FSR/DPR, Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC), Maintenance/Execution for various Railway siding works, Liaising with Railway for approval of SIP/ drawings /DPR etc. Proficiency in Railway Signalling & Telecommunication Works.
• Experience in estimation, tendering and bid evaluation, Execution, Testing & Commissioning of Signalling & Telecommunication Work etc.
• Candidates superannuated/VRS from Government / PSU employees who full fill the above requirement can also apply

For Expert/ Consultant Electrical (OHE/TRD/ PSI)-

• Candidate should have minimum post- qualification of 20 years (Govt./PSU) in experience Rail related/major infrastructure projects, preparation of FSR/DPR, Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC), Maintenance/Execution for various Railway siding works, Liaising with Railway for approval of LOP, sectioning diagram, EIG/ drawings /DPR etc. Proficiency in Railway OHE Works.
• Experience in estimation, tendering and bid evaluation, Execution, Testing & Commissioning of overhead electrification works etc.
• Candidates superannuated/VRS from Government / PSU employees who full fill the above requirement can also apply.
