Junior Order Validation Specialist Vacancy at Motorola

Overview:

Motorola is hiring an experienced Junior Order Validation Specialist (mixed shift) at their Bangalore location. You will complete order validation for all internal and external customers and complete Service Agreement for US Government customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Order release in close cooperation with: finance (billing, collections, corporate credit, tax), export control, product  groups, PM’s, sales etc.
• Credit approval for returns
• Adapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate

Mixed shift:

• 10 shifts/month: 6 pm-2 am IST
• Remaining shifts during the month: 9 am-5pm IST
• Month close: until last order
• Possibility to work on the weekends during quarter close.

Basic Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Finance
• Possibility to work on mixed shift 50/50 – US hours (14:00-22:00)
• Fluent English
• Attention to details
• Knowledge about MS office and Google suite
• Good time management
• Dynamic, creative and good ability to present and assert oneself
• Communication skills, self motivated and able to work under pressure
