In accordance with the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2024, the candidates applying for the mentioned position should have at least 20 years of post-qualification experience as an Executive in handling Research and Development Areas, out of which at least 2 years of regular service should be in one grade below i.e. in IDA pay-scale of Rs.100000-260000 at E-7 level in a PSU/Govt. (Pay level 13 in pay matrix revised as per 7th Pay Commission)/ Reputed private sector company having turnover of more than Rs.100 crores per annum.
