Overview:

EA is hiring an experienced Financial Analyst at their Hyderabad location. You will have complete Ownership of the function and you will ensure accurate completion of reporting deliverables in advance of Quarterly Business Reviews, MBRs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• You will review the plan and forecast numbers, and then load in the system after consulting with the business leaders.
• Ensure understanding of goals on Opex,report Actuals, comparing them with plan/latest forecast and providing commentary for major variances.
• Can give heads up to the leaders concerning any unforeseen expenses, Risks & Opportunities.
• Have eye to details especially in situations where cost reduction is necessary and make recommendations to the leadership.
• Work directly with global partners and help them with the daily finance ad Hocs.
• Creation of new reports whenever there is a business team request for new report/ info.
• Regular interaction with multiple business and finance partners who are operating from different locations across globe.
• High data accuracy & keenness on number matching.
• Design and implement reporting tools to provide further transparency and visibility to enable spend and analysis.

Promote FP&A Excellence

• You will help peers and interns onboard with sound knowledge on systems, business and process flows to equip them to be independent.
• Receive/provide feedback to grow and help grow fellow peers in their roles Streamline and automate processes to improve accuracy and reduce time in EA Studios
• Ensure the reporting is consistent across all Teams.

Qualifications:

• Academic Qualifications – Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree required – Finance / Accounting related field.
• 3+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience.
• Demonstrated passion for learning.
• Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi
