JEE Advanced AAT 2024: The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) has announced the Exam Centre List for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2024 and has too announced the date for beginning the JEE Advanced AAT Registration 2024 on their official website i.e., jeeadv.ac.in. As per the latest notification, the Registration for JEE AAT will begin on June 9, 2024, at 10 AM and end on the next day on June 10, 2024, at 5 PM. The eligible candidates can visit the official website and check their exam centres. The JEE Advanced AAT Exam 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on June 12, 2024, and will be organised in a single shift from 9 am to 12 pm via offline mode i.e., Pen and Paper. Candidates will be evaluated based on their knowledge in General Knowledge, Geometry Drawing, 3D Aspects, Freehand Drawing, Imagination, Aesthetic Sensitivity etc. As per the authority, the results are declared to be announced on June 14, 2024, at 5 pm.
The JEE Advanced Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) is considered a mandatory entrance exam for candidates who want to be admitted to the B.Arch courses at IIT Kharagpur, IIT BHU and IIT Roorkee. Only those candidates are allowed to appear for the AAT Exam who would have cleared the JEE Advanced exam in past. But taking admission in the B.Arch curriculum not only considers the AAT result but also the performance of the candidate in their class 12th board (Equivalent Exam). The candidates who will be able to clear the JEE Advanced Exam 2024 which is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2024, will also be able to appear for the AAT exam this year, 2024. At examination halls, candidates will require their Admit Cards along with an original photo identity card issued by the government of India.
