BOB Recruitment 2024: The Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting applications to fill the position of Business Correspondent (BC) Supervisor. In accordance with the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2024, there is just one vacancy opened for the mentioned position. The candidates must have a graduate degree and good computer skills to apply for the given post. The maximum age limit for young candidates is 21 to 45 years and the maximum age limit for retired candidates is 65 years. The applicants should have passed JAIIB with a good track record. The applicants must have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field. The opportunity is opened in Karnataka.

The appointment will be on a contractual basis for an appropriate period of 36 months subject to an annual review as per the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2024. The candidates selected for the above-stated position will receive a Fixed Component + Variable Component + Mobile Expenses + Conveyance per month (described below). The candidates who are applicable and eligible will be picked on the basis of an Interview conducted by the committee. The qualification and eligibility for Retired Employees and Young Candidates are as mentioned below according to the formal notification of BOB Recruitment 2024:

For Retired Employees:

  • The candidates should be retired bank officers upto the rank of Chief Manager/ equivalent.
  • Retired clerks and the equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
  • All retired bank employees applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 03 years.

For Young Candidates:

  • The candidates should have a minimum qualification of Graduation Degree with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc), however qualifications like MSc (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/ MBA will be given preference.

Tenure and Place of Posting for BOB Recruitment 2024:

The tenure for BOB Recruitment 2024 will be totally based on the Contract. The selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 36 months depending upon the annual review. The selected applicants will be posted at Puttur, Dakshin Kannad, Karnataka.

Selection Procedure for BOB Recruitment 2024:

The committee will conduct an Interview to determine the eligibility of the candidates as per the requirements of the position stated above as per the official notification of BOB Recruitment 2024.
