IOCL Recruitment 2024: The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is looking for interested and eligible candidates for the position of Chairman. Inconcern with the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024, the candidates selected for the mentioned opportunity will get a monthly remuneration of Rs.200000 to 370000 (IDA). The candidates applying for IOCL Recruitment 2024 must have cumulative experience/ exposure for at least 05 years during the last 10 years in Business Leadership/ Finance/ Marketing/ Operations/ Project/ Production Management in a large organization of repute.
The tenure of appointment will be on a contractual basis as per the official notification of IOCL Recruitment 2024. The selected applicants will be appointed for an appropriate period of at least 05 years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The committee will conduct an Interview in order to select the candidates who are eligible and willing for IOCL Recruitment 2024. The selection procedure will be conducted by the Search Cum Selection Committee (SCSC).
