Overview:

Coca Cola is hiring an experienced Associate Manager – Finance at their Ahmedabad location. The Project Finance Associate will be a part of the Operation Project Team. The Associate will support financial management responsibilities and financial analysis activities for projects to monitor budget and actuals and and minimize financial risks. The position will demand interaction with other supporting functions/stakeholders, with a focus on Operations Teams.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project budget trackers in support of the operations teams.
• Respond to internal and external requests for financial/budgeting assistance from Operations.
• Compiling and evaluating financaial proposals of various vendors/suppliers related to projects
• Responsible for close monitoring of the project deliverables
• Setting up and driving Internal control systems for project finance – safeguard assets, prevent fraud, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Responsible for Budgetary control & Cashflow management
• Active involvement in contract negotiation to ensure financial terms and conditions of project contracts algins with the project’s financial objectives.
• Perform financial analysis of projects and portfolio as directed.
• Responsible for ensuring Compliance with Regulatory & statutory & Internal control system
• Reporting Management reporting project , operations & Project KPI tracking , Statutory
• Handling & coordinate Audit statutory, tax , internal & Banking requirements & Group Finance team.

Work Experience:

• Proficient in Managing Project Finance Operation for a Manufacturing Project
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Finance Function
• Exposure to FMCG Manufacturing setups, projects execution in the similar Industry
• Financial modelling & Experience of tracking & monitoring financial risk
• Coordinating Audits & Experience of Management reporting

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate Degree in Business Finance/Accounting
• Good Knowledge of SAP and BI
• MIS and Reporting
• Exposure of FMCG environment and Manufacturing areas will be preferred
