JP Morgan is hiring an experienced Insurance Servicing – Operations Analyst at their Bangalore location. As a Collateral Serving – Operations Analyst will review loan transactions to ensure proper documentation, collateral, and other regulatory documents are in place.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review loan transactions to ensure proper documentation, collateral, and other regulatory documents are in place.
• Ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed and updated on a timely basis
• Resolving queries sent by the Business Partners/ officers
• Taking active participation in process improvement and automation
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control standards established in the function from time to time

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree ( 3-4 yrs of experience)
• Loan processing or Collateral processing related experience is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have ability to handle high pressure environment and multi-task
• Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
• Flexibility to work in any shift timings
• Ability to work with limited supervision, receiving minimum instruction on new assignments
