The term of appointment is made on a Deputation/Re-employment basis and the selected candidates for MPMCRL Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period as mentioned below:

On Deputation Basis

• The selected candiates will be engaged initially for 03 years extendable upto 5 years or upto the age of superannuation whichever is earlier.

On Re-employment Basis

Eligibility Criteria for MPMRCL Recruitment 2024:

For Sr. Supervisor

• The candidates should have worked/worked in railways level-7 in CDA pay scale of 44900-142400 for 3 years. OR
• The candidates should have worked/worked in equivalent Sr. Supervisor Grade I in Metro Organizations or above.

For Supervisor

• The candidates should have a worked/working in railways level-6 in CDA pay scale of 35400-112400 or above. OR
• The candidates should have worked/worked in equivalent Supervisor Grade I in Metro Organizations or above.
