Lenovo is hiring an experienced Tax Manager at their Bangalore, Karnataka location. In this role, you will work to help clients prepare file tax returns, manage tax audits, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. In the manufacturing industry, tax managers manage tax planning and compliance across different business units and countries, ensuring tax liabilities are accurately reported.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Tax Manager with Indian Direct, Indirect and International Taxation knowledge;

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in statutory Compliances of all Direct and Indirect Tax matters
• Experience in handling Audit, Assessments & Litigations under Income-tax, Transfer Pricing and GST law
• Income-tax provisioning for group reporting
• Experience in providing tax advice on complex business transactions
• Good knowledge on broader accounting and finance domain
• Experience in cross functional stakeholder management
• Experience in review & reconciliation and internal and statutory reporting of tax numbers
• Experience in understanding and interpretation of international tax laws, Tax Treaties and OECD guidelines.

Minimum Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant with minimum 5+ years of experience
• Preferable experience in Corporate Tax / International Tax / Transfer Pricing
• Knowledge in Indian Income-tax Law, Transfer Pricing law, Indian GST Law, International Tax laws and OECD guidelines.
