CEG Trichy Region-

• Ex-employees superannuated in E7-E8 grade (or equivalent of NTPC) having experience of Projects/Engineering function and having experience of min. 20 years in the Organization.
• Extensive knowledge of NTPC’s project requirements as well as BHEL Trichy systems and associated vendors.
• The preference may be given to candidates having experience of working in CEG function

CEG Haridwar Region-

• Ex-employees superannuated in E7-E8 grade (or equivalent of NTPC) having experience of Projects/Engineering function and having experience of min. 20 years in the Organization.
• Extensive knowledge of NTPC’s project requirements as well as BHEL Haridwar systems. The associate shall have knowledge of NTPC’s vendor base in NCR, UP, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana.
• The preference may be given to candidates having experience of working in CEG function.

 For Hydro Projects/Stations-

• Candidate must have retired at E8 level equivalent of NTPC (AGM/GM) or equivalent of NTPC.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience in project construction (Civil) out of which a minimum of 07 years experience at Hydro projects.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in (or above) the post and a scale of Rs. 120000 – 280000 (IDA pay scale of E8 grade effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent.
• The preference would be given to the candidates having additional experience of liaising with
  government agencies / Arbitration/ Project Management/ Contracts in addition to the above.
• Experience of the execution of at least 2 green field hydro projects of capacity 500MW or more.
