Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2024: The Ministry of Labour and Employment is inviting eligible applicants to fill out the post of Presiding Officer in Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court. Following the official notification of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2024, candidates will be placed at Ernakulam. Candidate’s selection will be done based on Search-cum-Section Committee constituted under the Tribunal Reforms Act 2021. The final selection will be done on the basis of the overall evaluation of candidates done by the Committee based on qualification, experience, and personal interaction.
As mentioned in the Official notification of the Ministry of Labour and Employment Recruitment 2024, selected candidates will be regulated as per Rule 10(3) of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 and DoPT’s OM No. 3/3/2016- Estt (Pay II) dated 01.05.2017. As per the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2023-Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 3, a person holding or has held the post of Chairperson or Member, as the case may be, of any Tribunal shall be eligible for re-appointment.
