• The candidate should have Five years teaching experience, including atleast three years teaching experience as Lecturer in the subject of Samhita, Sanskrit and Siddhanta in any Ayurvedic College;
• The candidate should have Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Hindi as one of the subject in higher standard (as per Govt. instruction dated 24.08.2009).

Preferential:

• Original published papers/books on the subject of Samhita, Sanskrit and Sidhanta;

For Reader (Rasshastra evam Bhaishajya Kalpna):

• The candidate should have postgraduate qualification in the subject of Rasshastra and Bhaishajya Kalpna as recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970).
• The candidate should have Degree in Ayurveda from any recognized University or Statutory Board/faculty/examining body of Indian Medicine or its equivalent as recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970).
• The candidate should have Five years teaching experience, including atleast three years teaching experience as Lecturer in the subject of Rasshastra and Bhaishajya Kalpna in any Ayurvedic College;

• The candidate should have Degree in Ayurveda from any recognized University or Statutory Board/faculty/examining body of Indian Medicine or its equivalent as recognized under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970).
• The candidate should have Five years teaching experience, including atleast three years teaching experience as Lecturer in the subject of Kaumar Bhritya in any Ayurvedic College;
