• The candidate should have 10+2 in the science stream from a government-recognized board or university.
• The candidate should have a 2-year diploma course in pharmacy from an institution recognized by the Government of India and the Pharmacy Council of India.
• The candidate should have registered with the Assam Pharmacy Council and should possess valid professional Pharmacist License.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 02 (two) years post qualification relevant work experience as Pharmacist.

For contractual nurses:

• The candidate should have passed 10+2 in any stream from a government-recognized board or university.
• The candidate should have passed a four-year B.Sc. (Nursing) from an institute or university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, Government of India.
• The candidate should have registered with the State Nursing Council.
• The candidate should have minimum 02 (two) years post-qualification relevant work experience as a nurse in a government hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute. Or
• The candidate should have passed 10+2 in any stream from a government-recognized board or university.
• The candidate should have passed a three-year diploma in general nursing and midwifery (GNM) from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, Government of India.
• The candidate should have registered with the State Nursing Council. Must have minimum 02 (two) years post-qualification relevant work experience as a nurse in a government hospital or well-equipped private hospital of repute.
