• The candidates should have at least 9 years of experience in civil aircraft maintenance including 3 years of current working experience in base maintenance on A-320 family aircraft in a reputed airline or MRO organization as per the latest DGCA regulations and circulars.

Specialist (AME)-II –

• The candidates should possess an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) License / Certification of Recognition course from a recognized institute approved by DGCA (Govt. Of India).
• The candidates must have at least 9 years of experience in civil aircraft maintenance including 3 years of current working experience in base maintenance on A-320 family aircraft in a reputed airline or MRO organization as per the latest DGCA regulations and circulars.

Salary for HAL Recruitment 2024:

The candidates selected for HAL Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly income of Rs.107880.

The details of the monthly income are listed below –

• The Special Qualification Allowance @ Rs. 30,000 p.m. is applicable for AME/ARME License holders (should maintain their current licenses) as per Company Rules.
• House Rent Allowance for an amount of Rs. 10,800 p.m. will be payable if Company Quarter is not provided.
• An annual increase of 3% on consolidated remuneration during the contract will be given subject to satisfactory performance.
• Personnel engaged on a contract basis will be entitled to one day of Causal Leave for each remaining complete month in the calendar year and also entitled to 2.5 days of Vacation Leave with pay for every calendar month of service besides 12 Festival Holidays applicable for HAL employees.

Tenure and Place of Posting for HAL Recruitment 2024:

The term of appointment for HAL Recruitment 2024 will be carried out on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of 02 years, which may be extended further for another year based on the requirements of the committee and the performance of the selected candidates.
