Qualification and Experience Required for KABIL Recruitment 2024:
According to the official notification of KABIL Recruitment 2024, the candidates applying for the positions mentioned above, need to fulfil the mentioned requirements of the educational qualification and experience as per the posts –
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) –
The candidates should have an Engineering graduate/Postgraduate in geoscience disciplines/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Graduate with a full-time MBA/ PGDM from a reputed institution, with a minimum of 65% marks.
Experience –
The candidates should have at least 24 years of post-qualification executive level experience, of which, at least 2 years of heading a unit/ complex with wide exposure in handling important, critical matters of the Board as a below Board level executive.
Candidate should have adequate experience at the senior management level in a large organization of repute, preferably in the mining sector. Aptitude for good networking and stakeholder management shall be an added advantage.
Chief Finance Officer (CFO) –
The candidates should be qualified CA/ CMA.
Experience –
The candidates should have at least 24 years of post-qualification executive level experience, of which, at least 2 years of experience in heading the Finance department of a unit/ complex / Company with wide exposure in handling important, critical matters.
The candidates should have experience in handling accounting, treasury, fund management, investment proposal, negotiation/discount of bills, costing, project accounting, MIS, budget control, compilation of annual accounts and audit thereof, direct and indirect taxation, tender procedures, computerized account, risk management, etc. is desirable. Work experience in an ERP environment will be preferred.
Head BD and Commercial –
The candidates should be Engineering Graduates/graduates with MBA/ PGDM in Marketing with good academic records from a recognized university/ institution.
Experience –
The candidates should have a cumulative experience of at least 20 years of post-qualification executive-level experience in Marketing/ Business Development/ Sales forecasting/ planning in a minerals or commodities-based organization of repute. Experience in contracts/ overseas projects/ marketing in an exploration/ mining/ mineral company would be an added advantage.
Salary for KABIL Recruitment 2024:
The candidates selected for KABIL Recruitment 2024 will be provided a monthly income as per the posts, listed below –
For Chief Executive Officer (CEO) –
The candidates will be given an initial basic pay of Rs.160000 with applicable Industrial DA and Perks (35% of basic pay).
Annual increment: 3% of Basic Pay.
Applicable statutory provisions like PF and gratuity shall also be applicable.
Telephone/ mobile expenses of Rs.8000 per month on a self-declaration basis.
The company provided a car for official use.
Annual encashable leave of 30 days (EL).
Casual leave – 12 days
HRA – 27% of basic pay.
Health Insurance of Rs.10 lakh for self and dependent family, premium of which shall be reimbursed by the company.
PRP shall be applicable as per the provisions of the company.
For Chief Finance Officer (CFO) –
The candidates will be given an initial basic pay of Rs.150000 with applicable Industrial DA and Perks (35% of basic pay).
Annual increment: 3% of Basic Pay.
Applicable statutory provisions like PF and gratuity shall also be applicable.
Telephone/mobile expenses of Rs.6000 per month on a self-declaration basis.
The company provided a car for official use. Annual encashable leave of 30 days (EL).
Casual leave – 12 days HRA-27% of basic pay.
Health Insurance of Rs.10 lakh for self and dependent family, premium of which shall be reimbursed by the company.
PRP shall be applicable as per the provisions of the company.
For Head BD and Commercial –
The candidates will be given an initial basic pay of Rs.100000 with applicable Industrial.
DA and Perks (35% of basic pay).
Annual increment: 3% of Basic Pay.
Applicable statutory provisions like PF and gratuity shall also be applicable.
Telephone/ mobile expenses of Rs.4000 per month on a self-declaration basis.
Petrol charges of Rs.3000 per month on a self-declaration basis.
Annual encashable leave of 30 days (EL).
Casual leave – 12 days HRA-27% of basic pay.
Health Insurance of Rs.10 lakh for self and dependent family, premium of which shall be reimbursed by the company.
PRP shall be applicable as per the provisions of the company.
Tenure and Place of Posting for KABIL Recruitment 2024:
The term of appointment will be carried out on a contractual basis as shown in the official notification of KABIL Recruitment 2024. The selected candidates will be appointed for an initial period of 05 years or superannuation i.e., 60 years, whichever is earlier, from the date of joining.
Place of Posting –
The selected candidates will be posted in New Delhi. However, a person can be posted in the KABIL’s establishments anywhere in India or abroad or any of the subsidiaries/ joint ventures/ business associates and is transferable as per the organizational requirement.
