IBTRD Recruitment 2024: The Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) is looking for well-qualified and interested applicants to fill the post of Financial Literacy Counsellor (FLC) at Financial Literacy Centres (FLC) in Puducherry. There is just one vacancy open for the position listed here. The candidates applying for the positions listed here should be retired employees of Financial Institutions, RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, and Commercial Banks. The preference will be given to the candidates who are Middle Management Grade Bankers. The candidates should be fluent in local language and English. The selected individuals will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs.18000. The committee will provide extra benefits and allowances to the selected candidates.
According to the official notification of IBTRD Recruitment 2024, the candidates should have a valid driving license since the nature of the job also involves traveling/ field visits. The term of appointment will be executed on a contractual basis for an appropriate period of 02 years and may be extended further for another 03 years subject to the maximum age limit of 68 years with a good/ excellent performance review by the respective Zonal Manager. The candidates selected for IBTRD Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly compensation of Rs.18000. The candidates will also be given extra benefits and allowances as listed below –
Allowance for conducting Financial Literacy Camps in a month –
Newspaper allowances – Rs.250 or the actual amount (whichever is lower).
Mobile Expenses – Rs.300 or the actual amount (whichever is lower)
Travelling allowances – Rs.4 per KM subject to a maximum of Rs.4000 or the actual amount (whichever is lower).
Miscellaneous expenses – Rs.1500 or the actual amount (whichever is lower).
No pro-rata basis allowances are allowed. Statutory TDS will be deducted as payable by the paying authority.
The tenure for IBTRD Recruitment 2024 will be carried out on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of 02 years, which may be extended further for another 03 years subjected to a maximum age of 68 years with an annual performance review by the respective Zonal Manager, subject to satisfactory performance.
As shown in the official notification of IBTRD Recruitment 2024, the committee will determine the eligibility of the candidates on the basis of a Personal Interview conducted by the committee to assess the personal communication ability, leadership quality, attitude, problem-solving ability to get along with the trainees, developmental approach etc. Demonstration/ Presentation to assess teaching skills and communication capability may also be required.
