NPCC Recruitment 2024: National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC) Limited is seeking applications from capable, willing, and educated candidates for the positions of Manager (Finance) and Deputy Manager (Finance). There are a total of 16 seats open for the above-listed positions, according to the official notification of NPCC Recruitment 2024. Selected candidates for the position of Manager (Finance) will be paid at E-2 (50000 to 160000) IDA and those appointed for the post of Deputy Manager (Finance) will be paid at E-1 (40000 to 140000) IDA. Applicants must hold a CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.) degree if want to apply for any of the above positions.

In order to apply for NPCC Recruitment 2024, candidates must possess the below-listed educational qualifications and years of experience:
For the post of Manager (Finance):
i) Of working in a regular cadre or on a contractual basis in pay scale, in NPCC/other Government/Semi-Goverment Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Institutions, then out of 08 years, the candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in the next below pay scale of Rs. 40000-140000 (IDA) OR PB Level 9(CDA) OR equivalent, OR
ii) Of working on a contractual basis on consolidated remuneration, in NPCC/other Government/ Semi-Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies/ Govt. Institutions OR in non-government/ private sector, then out of 08 years, the candidate should be drawing CTC equivalent to next below pay scale, i.e. pay scale of Dy. Manager: Rs. 10.95 lacs per annum for at least two years, on the cut-off date specified in the advertisement, i.e. 31.08.2024. Form 16, duly signed by the authorized officer shall be required from candidates claiming such CTC, if applicable The prospective candidate will be responsible for Institutional Finance, Budgetary Planning & Control, Central Treasury Management, Resources Generation, Control of Accounts, Investment Planning & Management, Auditing Management, Financial Analysis and Reporting. Taxation, Finance & Costing of Projects, MIS etc., Income Tax and all other Taxation matters, coordination with Statutory! Govt. Auditors.
For the post of Deputy Manager (Finance):
i) Of working in a regular cadre or on a contractual basis in pay scale, in NPCC/other Government/Semi-Govemment Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Govt. Institutions, then out of 03 years, the candidate should have a minimum of two years experience in the next below pay scale of Rs. 30000-120000 (IDA) OR PB Level 6 (CDA) OR equivalent. OR
ii) Of working on a contractual basis on consolidated remuneration, in NPCC/other Government/ Semi-Government Organizations/Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies/ Govt. Institutions OR in non-government / private sector then out of 03 years, candidate should be drawing CTC equivalent to next below pay scale, i.e. pay scale of Asstt. Manager: Rs. 8.22 lacs per annum for at least two years, on the cut-off date specified in the advertisement, i.e. 31.08.2024. Form 16, duly signed by the authorized officer shall be required from candidates claiming such CTC, if applicable.
The prospective candidate will be responsible for Institutional Finance, Budgetary Planning & Control, Central Treasury Management, Resources Generation, Control of Accounts, Investment Planning & Management, Auditing Management, Financial Analysis and Reporting, Taxation, Finance & Costing of Projects, MIS etc.
According to the official notification of NPCC Recruitment 2024, selected candidates for any of the above-assigned positions will be appointed on a regular basis at NPCC offices and projects all over India and Abroad.
