• Alternatively, a one-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician plus one year of experience in health-related research projects.
• The candidate should have a B.Sc. degree, which is considered equivalent to three years of experience.

Desirable:

• The candidate should have Previous experience in spirometry/lung function testing.
• The candidate should have Previous experience in handling research projects and field work.
• Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and other internet programs is required. (Documentary Proof required).
• Fluency in Hindi and English (oral and written)

Field Assistant (Field worker):

• The candidate should have high school or equivalent with five years of experience in data collection from the field or community (Field work) or social work from a government institution or recognized institute gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
• The candidate should have 12th/intermediate with science subject, and BSc (Social Science/Sociology/science) shall be treated as equivalent to 2 and 3 years’ experience, respectively. The candidate should have a 12th/intermediate pass with 3 yrs. years of experience in Data collection from field/field or community (field work) or social work from a government institution or recognized institute gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
• The candidate should have a B.Sc. with 2 years of experience in data collection from the field or community (Field work) or social work from a government institution or recognized institute gained after acquiring the minimum essential qualification.
• Willing to work in the field.
