Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2024: Karnataka Bank Limited is looking for interested and well-qualified candidates to fill the post of Customer Service Associate. The candidate’s maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned opportunity should be 26 years. The candidates must be Graduates in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India/ UGC/ other Government regulatory bodies. The candidates selected for the post of Customer Service Associate will be given a monthly income of Rs.24050. The age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for SC/ ST candidates. The Current CTC will be approximately Rs.59000 per month at Metro Centers.
As per the official notification of the Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2024, The applicable candidates will be selected based on an Online Test conducted by the committee. The candidates need to pay an application fee as per the reservation of the categories (see below). The appointment will be executed on a probation basis for an initial period of six months. The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria in all respects as per the post’s requirements may apply online by visiting the official website of the Karnataka Bank and submitting their duly filled applications to the same portal along with all the relevant and supporting documents attached. The applications received after the due date will not be entertained by the committee at any cost.

Presently the starting Basic Pay applicable to Customer Service Associates is Rs.24050 per month in the scale of pay (Rs.24050-1340/ 3-28070-1650/ 3-33020-2000/ 441020-2340/ 7-57400-4400/ 1-61800-2680/ 1-64480). The CSAs will also be eligible for DA, HRA and other allowances and perquisites as per rules in force from time to time. The Current CTC will be approximately Rs.59000 per month at Metro Centers.
The candidates should have a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India/ UGC/ other Government regulatory Bodies in order to be eligible for the Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2024.
The tenure for the Karnataka Bank Recruitment 2024 will be carried out on a probation basis. The term of appointment will remain valid for an appropriate period of 06 months. On satisfactory completion of the probationary period, his/ her services will be confirmed, subject to the rules and regulations of the Bank.
