SIDBI Recruitment 2024: The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is looking for interested and willing candidates for the post of Senior Data Analyst and Junior Data Analyst. There are 02 vacancies open for the positions listed above. The candidates will be placed in Mumbai. The appointment for the mentioned opportunity will be executed on a contractual basis. The term of appointment is for an appropriate period of 03 years and may be extended further for a period of upto 02 years. The maximum age limit for the post of Junior Data Analyst – Jr. DA shall not be more than the age of 35 years. The candidates applying for the post of Senior Data Analyst (Sr.DA) shall not be more than the age of 40 years.
According to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2024, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of a Personal Interview organized by the committee. The remuneration of the selected candidates would be at market-linked compensation. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be on a case-to-case basis. The tenure for SIDBI Recruitment 2024 will be carried out on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of 03 years extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of upto two years. The contract can be terminated at one month’s notice on either side or salary and allowances (if any) in lieu thereof.
According to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2024, the chosen applicants would receive market-linked pay. On a case-by-case basis, the same will not be a barrier to the ideal applicant. The right candidate will not be constrained by this. In addition to the initial compensation provided on a Cost Company (CTC) basis, there would be a provision for an annual increase on CTC that would be finalized initially. The Bank would take this into consideration based on periodic performance reviews.
The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of a Personal Interview conducted by the committee in reference to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2024. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications for preparing, if necessary, to prepare a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for interview.
