SIDBI Recruitment 2024: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is accepting applications from eligible, well-motivated, and willing candidates for the positions of Senior Data Analyst and Junior Data Analyst. According to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2024, there are a total of two seats open for the assigned positions, one for each position. The period of engagement will be for a period of three years, extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of upto two years. The age of candidates should be not more than 40 years for the post of Senior Data Analyst and must be more than 35 years for the post of Junior Data Analyst as of the closing date.
As indicated in the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2024, Candidates filling out the application forms must hold an Engineering Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communications, etc. OR MBA / PGDM OR MSc (Maths / Statistics / IT) OR equivalent qualification from a recognized University. Chosen applicants will be posted in Mumbai. A minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the appropriate field is necessary. Selection of candidates will be done based on a personal interview. Educational Qualification:
(1) For both posts, candidates must hold an Engineering Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communications etc.
OR
Candidates must have cleared MBA / PGDM OR MSc (Maths /Statistics / IT) OR equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
(2) Candidate must have hands-on experience in Data Analytics tools like Excel, Python, R, SPSS, Power BI etc.
(3) The following additional qualifications shall be preferred.

Note: Applications without relevant experience certificates would not be considered and the Bank is not liable to communicate in this regard.
As stated in the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2024, the term of the contract will initially be for a period of three years, extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of upto two years. The contract can be terminated at one month’s notice on either side or salary and allowances (if any) in lieu thereof.
In reference to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2024, the selection process will comprise shortlisting and Personal Interviews to be held on a suitable date (to be informed in due course) before the Selection Committee.
Candidates elected in SIDBI Recruitment 2024, as per the official notification will be posted in Mumbai.
Chosen applicants at the assigned position, according to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2024 will be paid remuneration at market-linked compensation. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be on a case-to-case basis. The same shall not be a constraint for the suitable candidate.
Apart from initial remuneration offered on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, there will be a provision for an Annual increment on CTC finalized initially, which shall be considered by the Bank based on the performance review from time to time.
