For Contractual Rig Maintenance Assistant-

• The candidate should have passed Class 10 from the Government Recognized Education Board.
• The candidate should have a Trade certificate in any trade from a Government Recognized Institute.

Experience–

• The candidate should have a minimum of 04 years post qualification relevant experience of working in drilling rigs as a topman/floorman/ maintenance crew.
• The candidate should have knowledge and experience of working at heights like crown-block, assembling and dismantling of drilling rig mast and substructure, Placement and maintenance of mud-tank system, etc. is essential.
• Preference will be given to the candidates who have drilling rig work experience in maintenance activities of Draw-works, solid-control equipment including screen replacement, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Rig Floor equipment, and their connections.

For Contractual Assistant Mechanic Pump/Assistant Mechanic-ICE-

• The candidate should have passed Class 10 from the Government Recognized Education Board.
• The candidate should have a Trade certificate in Mechanic Diesel / Fitter/Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade from a Government Recognized Institute.

Experience–

• The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years post-qualification relevant work experience as an Assistant Mechanic (Pump) or Assistant Mechanic (ICE).
• The candidate should have knowledge of operation and maintenance of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps/knowledge on operation of ICE engines is essential.

Tenure for Oil India Recruitment 2024:

The engagement of Oil India Recruitment 2024 is made on a contractual basis. The initial period of the contractual engagements will be for a period of 06 months which can be extendable by another period of 06 months up to a maximum period of 01 year only. The extension will be subject to departmental requirements, performance and conduct of the incumbent, medical fitness etc.

Salary for Oil India Recruitment 2024:

According to the official notification of Oil India Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be given a fixed emolument of Rs.21450 per month on the basis of attendance including paid leave and holiday, if any and a variable emolument of Rs.825 only per day for each working day.
