NaBFID Recruitment 2024: The National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) is looking for aspirants for the post of Senior Analyst Grade in various streams. These streams include Lending Operations, Risk Management, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Compliance and Corporate Strategy, Partnership, and Ecosystem Development on a Full Term (Regular Basis). As given in the official notification of NaBFID Recruitment 2024, there are 06 vacancies for the assigned position. Selected candidates may be posted in the Bank’s establishment in Mumbai/New Delhi/ Anywhere in India, as per the Bank’s discretion and requirement. Therefore, only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply.
Aspirants belonging to General/ EWS/ OBC candidates need to pay a Non-refundable Application fee and Intimation charges of Rs.800 plus applicable taxes and SC/ ST / PwBD candidates are required to pay Rs.100 plus applicable taxes (Only Intimation charges). The applicant willing to apply for NaBFID Recruitment 2024 should not be less than 21 years old and should not be more than 40 years old. Candidates selection will be done on the basis of their performance in an Interview. Interviews will be held in Mumbai only. Selected applicants will get an Annual fixed compensation of Rs.24.81 Lakh (approximately). Apart from this, variable pay (performance bonus) of upto 20% on fixed compensation may be paid on the basis of performance, as decided by the Bank from time to time.
