NIACL Recruitment 2024: The New India Assurance Company Ltd. (NIACL) is recruiting candidates for the post of Assistant from the Open Market in various State/Union Territory. There are 500 vacancies for the aforementioned positions. According to the official NIACL Recruitment 2024 notification, The minimum age limit for an Assistant post should not be less than 21 years and the maximum age limit should not be more than 30 years. The selection process will consist of the Selection of the Candidate will consist of two stages i.e. online tests (Preliminary and Main Examination). Candidates qualifying in the Main Examination will be further shortlisted for the Regional Language Test before the final selection.
Based on the official notification of NIACL Recruitment 2024, the SC/ST/PwBD/EXS category needs to pay an Application Fee of Rs.100 (inclusive of GST) and the Rest all need to pay Rs.850 (inclusive of GST). Candidate should hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidates appointed for assistant posts will be on probation for a minimum period of 6 months. Before the probation period comes to an end the performance of the newly recruited employees will be evaluated and the probation period of those employees whose performance fails to meet the Company’s expectations, may be extended. The Total emoluments work out to approximately Rs.40000 per month in the initial stage in a Metro City. Other allowances may vary depending on the place of posting. As stated in the official NIACL Recruitment 2024 notification, the age requirement for the Assistant position is 21 years old at the minimum and 30 years old at the maximum i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/12/1994 and not later than 01/12/2003 (both days inclusive)

Emoluments: Total emoluments works out to approximately Rs.40,000/- p.m. in the initial stage in a Metro city. Other allowances may vary depending on the place of posting. Apart from allowances, other benefits such as Lump Sum Domiciliary Medical Benefits, Membership of Group Mediclaim Policy for reimbursement of Hospitalization expenses, Leave Travel Subsidy and other Staff welfare schemes would be as per the rules of the Company.
