HAL Recruitment 2024: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is looking for interested and eligible candidates to fill the post of Ex-Servicemen (Technician) on a Tenure basis in a Non-Executive Cadre (Maximum period of 04 years). There are 08 vacancies opened for the position listed here. The Induction Scale will be as per the qualification and post-qualification experience in the armed forces, as per the company’s rules. The candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering/ Technology or equivalent (full-time and regular) by passing the prescribed Test (Trade and Written) and the Certificate should have been issued by the concerned Board of Technical Education/ Institute if the qualification was acquired before joining the Armed Forces. The applicant must have at least 05 years of experience in the relevant trades/ Engines.

The approximate Consolidated Remuneration for Scale – D6 (Ex-servicemenTechnician) would be Rs.47431 per month. The approximate Consolidated Remuneration for Scale – D6 (Ex-servicemen Technician) would be Rs.47431 per month at a minimum level of induction and may vary depending on the post qualification experience in armed forces as per the rules of the Company in respect of Ex-Servicemen.
The appointment for HAL Recruitment 2024 will be on a tenure basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of 04 years. The engagement is not against permanent vacancy and will not entitle any candidate to claim regular/permanent employment in future.
The candidates applying for HAL Recruitment 2024 need to pay an application fee of Rs.200 and applicable back charges if paid through Challan, which is non-refundable, is to be paid as an application fee. The application fee is inclusive of GST 18%. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWBD Categories are exempted from the payment of application fees.
