Experience –

• A minimum of 4–8 years of professional expertise in analysing different engine systems, such as the intake, exhaust, fuel, coolant, lubrication, crank, valve, power, gear, and electrical and electronic systems, is required of the ideal candidate.
• strong knowledge of and practical expertise with linear and non-linear analysis of associated automotive components, as well as FE/ structural analysis.
• He or she should be familiar with FEA/ CFD tools such as AltairHyper, AVL Fire, Fluent, ANSYS, and StarCCM+.
• It is preferred to have knowledge about NVH, fatigue, and durability in the automotive business.

Asst. Manager/ Manager (Gr III- IV) Design –

• Candidates should be graduates of an accredited university or institution with a first-class degree in mechanical or automotive engineering and a postgraduate degree in automotive design.

Experience –

• A minimum of 4–8 years of professional expertise in analysing different engine systems, such as the intake, exhaust, fuel, coolant, lubrication, crank, valve, power, gear, and electrical and electronic systems, is required of the ideal candidate. With expertise in the use of cutting-edge technology such as variable geometry turbochargers, waste gates, and Common Rail Direct Injection (CRDI) items.
• Candidates should be well-versed in the following areas: tolerance stake-up analysis, DBJ, casting, sheetmetal, stamping components / GD and T, and drawing quality.
• An additional benefit will be project management, engineering design change cycle, part and assembly option and structuring, life cycle management, and product configuration management such as BOM.

Asst. Manager/ Manager (Gr III- IV) Engine Testing –

• Candidates should have a first-class degree in mechanical, thermal, and automotive engineering from an accredited university or institution, along with a postgraduate degree in internal combustion engines, thermal engines, or automobiles.

Experience –

• A minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in the following areas is required of the ideal candidate: CAN communication protocol, control system, closed loop system, combustion hardware selection, test cell setup, measurement system, data acquisition system, calibration tools and service tools, optimisation tool and data analysis, type approval and CoP process with certification agencies, project management, product life cycle management, Inca, Visu will be an added advantage.
