ECIL Recruitment 2025: Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is inviting applications from dynamic, experienced and suitable candidates for the post of General Manager and Senior Manager in multiple fields. Following the official notification of ECIL Recruitment 2025, the upper age limit is 55 years to apply for the post of General Manager and the upper age limit is 42 years to apply for the post of Senior Manager. The age of superannuation is 60 years. There are 10 openings to be filled in ECIL Recruitment 2025. The candidates will be selected on the basis of a personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
Candidates belonging to UR/EWS/OBC categories have to pay Rs.1000 as an application fee. The application fee will be paid through SBI Collect (through online mode or through SBI Branch). Based on the official notification of ECIL Recruitment 2025, suitable and desirous candidates may register online on the official website of ECIL, fill out the online application on the same and after completing the online application take a printout of the same duly filled application, and submit it along with the required documents to the address given below on or before the closing date. The age of superannuation is 60 years.
Age Relaxation:
The Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. The upper age limit is further relaxable by 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (degree of disability 40% or above) and 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989. However, the upper age limit with all relaxations shall not exceed 58 years

For General Manager (HR)-
The applicant should be a First Class Graduate with an MBA/ PG Degree/2 yrs PG Diploma in HR/ PMIR. A degree in Law will be preferred.
Experience-
The applicant should have a minimum of 24 years of post-qualification experience in the area of HR/P and A in a large reputed organization.
Candidates with relevant experience from CPSEs will be given preference.
For General Manager (Finance)-
The candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
Experience-
The applicant should have a minimum of 24 years of post-qualification experience in domain knowledge of financial management and accounting procedures and systems.
The applicant should have knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting and decision-making systems and should be able to liaise with bankers and lending agencies to achieve the best cost of funds for both working capital and long-term fund requirements. Should have worked in large reputed organizations and should have been Incharge/Senior Management position.
Candidates with relevant experience from CPSEs will be given preference.
For General Manager (RF Systems and Microwave Designs)-
The applicant should have 04 Year full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication/ Communication /Electronics and Telecommunication with First class or a minimum of 60% marks. Applicants having a Post-graduate Degree in M.E/M. Tech (Microwave/RADAR Engineering) will be preferred.
Experience-
Good knowledge of RF and Microwave components like LNA, OP Power amplifiers, Mixers, LO and Attenuator types.
Power divider/combiner (multiport), isolators, Filter types (both passive and active), Connector types and their usage as per frequency, PLL concepts etc.
Must have practical knowledge of analysing parameters like Spurious, Harmonics, Phase noise, Noise figures of LNA’s and mixers, Power o/p in wattage, waveforms and modulation of different types and cable losses.
Hands-on experience in RF circuit design and testing using design/simulation tools.
Desirable-
Handling telemetry systems for data acquisition, PCM encoding and decoding, commutation and de-receiver.
Parameters related to various types of antennas, RADAR practical performances like gain, radiation pattern, impedance, return loss and calculation of path losses etc.
Strong expertise in designing and optimizing RF circuits for 2-way.
Proficient in using RF design and simulation tools, such as ADS, Cadence, or similar software.
For General Manager (Defence Systems-North Zone)-
The applicant should have 04 Year full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent in Electrical / Electronics and Communication Engineering with First class or a minimum of 60% marks. Postgraduate Degree in Engineering will be preferred.
Experience-
The applicant should have a minimum of 24 years in a large reputed organization.
The applicant should have excellent and up-to-date domain knowledge of strategic electronic systems required by the armed forces.
The applicant should possess good knowledge of contemporary defence systems and equipment.
Candidates should be fully conservant with defence procurement and induction of systems, evaluation criteria, testing, filed trials, cyber security and life cycle support for defence systems and equipment.
The applicant will be responsible for coordination with different government agencies like Ministry of Defence, Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and DRDO labs. Serving Defence personnel is preferred.
The candidate should have worked in large organizations for which the last two years should have been Incharge/ Sr. Management position for similar types of products.
For Senior Manager-HR-
The applicant should be a First Class Graduate with an MBA/ PG Degree/2 yrs PG Diploma in HR/PMIR. A degree in Law will be preferred.
Experience-
The applicant should have 14 years of relevant executive experience in the area of HR/P&A in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or Private company of repute.
Candidates with relevant experience from CPSEs will be given preference.
For Senior Manager-Law-
The candidate should be a First-Class Graduate with 3 Yrs Bachelor Degree in Law(LLB) or First Class 5 Yrs integrated LLB Degree. A Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) will be preferred.
Experience-
The applicant should have 14 years of relevant experience in any Government/ State PSU/ Central PSU/ other Corporate House of repute or any other incorporated Company.

Selection Process for ECIL Recruitment 2025:
Based on the official notification of ECIL Recruitment 2025, the selection of the candidates will be determined on the basis of a Personal Interview. The date, time and venue of the Personal interview will be intimated by e-mail. The candidates called for the interview shall mandatorily submit all the relevant documents for verification at the time of the interview.
