• The applicant must have experience in dealing with Administration, Human Resources, Establishment matters in Central Government / Central PSU/Central Autonomous Bodies. (Thorough knowledge of Rules/Regulations as per Government of India Guidelines).

For Senior Purchase and Stores Officer-

• The applicant must have graduated from a recognised University.

For Senior Administrative Officer-

• The applicant must have graduated from a recognised University.

For Assistant Director-

• The applicant must have a Masters Degree from a recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level. OR
• The applicant must have a Masters Degree from a recognised University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level. OR
• The applicant must have a Masters Degree from a recognised University in any other subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level. OR
• The applicant must have a Masters Degree from a recognised University in any other subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level. OR
• The applicant must have a Masters Degree from a recognised University in any other subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or either of the two as the medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the Degree level.

For Assistant Catering Manager-

• The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management/Hotel Management and Catering Technology/Hospitality and Hotel Administration / Catering Science and Hotel Management with 1-year experience. OR
• The applicant must have a Diploma in catering +3 Years experience. OR
• The applicant must have a PG Diploma in Hotel Management + 2 Years experience.
• The experience should be in a Supervisory capacity in an Industrial Canteen or an established hotel catering to more than 300 persons.
• Candidates should be capable of providing top-grade canteen services using modern state-of-the-art kitchen equipment.
• The experience should be after obtaining the relevant qualification.

• Having five (5) years of service on a regular basis in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department.

For Administrative Officer-

Officers of Central Govt./State Govt./Union Territories/ Public Sector Undertaking (PSUs)/ Autonomous Bodies-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Personnel and General Administration / HR in Level-11 of the Pay Matrix on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department. OR
• Holding a regular post in Personnel and General Administration /HR in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix with a minimum of 05 years’ experience in the parent cadre or Department.

For Assistant Director (Official Language)-

Officers of Central Govt./State Govt./Union Territories/ Public Sector Undertaking (PSUs)/ Autonomous Bodies-

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix or equivalent level in the Hindi section/department. OR
• Holding a regular post in Level 9 with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Hindi section/department. OR
• Holding a regular post in Level 8 with a minimum of 4 years experience in the Hindi section/department. OR
• Holding a regular post in Level 7 with a minimum of 5 years experience in the Hindi section/department.

For Assistant Catering Manager-

• Holding analogous posts in the Departmental canteen / Industrial canteen on a regular basis in Level 8 of the Pay Matrix in the parent cadre or serving employees in Departmental canteen in Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/ /Public Sector Undertakings /Autonomous Bodies. OR
• Holding a regular post in Level 7 with a minimum of 2 years experience in Departmental canteen/Industrial canteen in the parent cadre or Department or equivalent level and experience in Officers of Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies.

Tenure for Semi-Conductor Laboratory Recruitment 2025:

The appointment of Semi-Conductor Laboratory Recruitment 2025 is made on a deputation/foreign service.
