IREDA Recruitment 2025: Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) is seeking applications from competent and experienced candidates for the positions in many divisions, including Executive, General Manager, Additional General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Chief Manager etc. The IREDA Recruitment 2025 has 63 positions available. Depending on the positions (see below), the chosen applicants will be paid between Rs.50000 and Rs.300000 per month. Candidates should be between the ages of 33 and 55 years, depending on the position.

Only online payment of the Rs.1000 application fee is required of candidates. The application fee is waived for SC, ST, PwBD, ExSM, and internal candidates. Charges as determined by the Gateway Service Provider will be applied to fees paid using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. No alternative method of payment will be accepted. Based on the official notification of IREDA Recruitment 2025, candidates will be chosen through an interview process. Interview invitations will only be extended to those who have been shortlisted. Qualification and Experience Required for IREDA Recruitment 2025:

Applicants with the expertise and qualifications listed below are encouraged to apply for IREDA Recruitment 2025 –

Executive Director (Finance and Accounts)/General Manager ( Finance and Accounts) –

  • The candidate must hold a recognised university or institution’s chartered accountant (CA), cost and management accountant (CMA), master’s degree in management, finance, or an equivalent degree.

Desirable –

  • A Company Secretary (CS) or law degree from an accredited university or institution is required of the applicant.

Experience –

  • In addition to having 23 years of executive-level experience, the candidate must have at least one (1) year of current work experience in the finance and accounting field in financial institutions, NBFCs, public sector organisations, joint ventures of PSEs, the central government, state governments, or the private sector, with a salary range of Rs. 120,000–280,000 or higher. The CTC for candidates currently employed in the private sector shall not be less than Rs. 61.87 lakhs annually. It is preferable to have experience with ERP programs and listed organisations.
  • Accounts, Audit and Budget; Compliance and Reporting; Retail (New Business Segment); New Financial Instruments; Alternative Investment Funds; Loan Management; Treasury and ALM; Recovery; Resources (Domestic and Foreign); RBI, SEBI matters, etc. are among the major functions of finance and accounting that the incumbent would be in charge of overseeing and managing.
  • General expertise in finance, accounting, asset and liability management, forex, treasury operations, raising capital market resources through QIP method, bonds, etc. Working capital management, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, system and process strengthening, internal control system compliance and strengthening, F and A function risk assessment and mitigation strategies, funding strategy, and business plan preparation. evaluation of projects with a focus on financial analysis, all tax-related issues, etc.
  • It is preferred to have practical experience with finalising accounts and handling all audit-related issues, as well as knowledge of accounting standards, including Indian GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

General Manager (F and A – Investor Relations) –

  • The candidate must hold a recognised university or institution’s chartered accountant (CA), cost and management accountant (CMA), master’s degree in management, finance, or an equivalent degree.

Desirable –

  • A Company Secretary (CS) or law degree from an accredited university or institution is required of the applicant.

Experience –

  • Twenty years of executive-level experience and at least one (1) year of current work experience in the finance and accounting field in financial institutions, NBFCs, public sector organisations, joint ventures of PSEs, the central government, state governments, or the private sector, with a salary range of Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 260000 or more, or equivalent. Candidates currently employed in the private sector should not have a CTC of less than Rs. 52.27 lakhs annually. Preferable qualifications include expertise with ERP solutions and listed organisations.

General Manager ( F and A – Investor Relations) –

Essential experience: Investor Relations.

  • Exposure in one or more of the areas: Accounting, Finance, Treasury Operations, Forex, Asset and Liability Management, and Capital Market Resource Raising via QIP method, Bonds, etc. Risk assessment and mitigation strategies for the F&A department, business plan and funding strategy preparation, internal control system strengthening and compliance, working capital management, SOP development, and process and system strengthening. evaluation of projects with a focus on financial analysis, all tax-related issues, etc. It would be ideal to have basic understanding of accounting standards, including Indian GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as hands-on experience with finalising accounts and handling all audit-related issues.
