IRCON Recruitment 2025: IRCON International Limited is looking for interested and well-motivated candidates to fill the posts of Technical Assistant and IT Assistant on a contract basis. There are 04 vacancies opened for the position mentioned here. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned opportunity is 30 years. The candidates applying for the post of Technical Assistant should have a Full-Time Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC and the candidates applying for the post of IT Assistant should have a Full-Time Graduate with full-time BE/ B.Tech in IT/ CS or MCA with not less than 75% marks. The applicants should have at least 01 year of experience in their appropriate field (see below).

The candidates selected for the positions mentioned above will be given a fixed consolidated income of Rs.36000 per month. In addition to the above emoluments, the candidates would also be provided an annual increment of @5% on Fixed Consolidated Pay after each completed year of service.
For Medical Coverage, the Medical Health Insurance Policy of Rs Three Lakhs for self with the
ceiling of premium of Rs 4000 per annum shall be taken by the Contract Employees themselves
covering COVID-19 and other diseases.
The selection of the applicable candidates will be done on the basis of a Written Exam and/ or Interview conducted by the committee as shown in the official notification of IRCON Recruitment 2025.
The tenure for IRCON Recruitment 2025 will be carried out on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for an appropriate period of one year subject to satisfactory performance of the selected candidate. The contract may be further extended after one year as per the requirements of the company if the services of the candidates are found to be satisfactory. However, the appointment is a co-terminus with the project for which the candidate is selected and will not confer any right to claim absorption in the regular establishment of the company or for appointment in other projects of the company.
