One-time SEBI relaxation with respect to validity of SEBI Observations

• OVERVIEW

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide notification / Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CIR/DIL/CIR/P/2020/66 issued and publish dated 21st April, 2020, has published One-time relaxation with respect to validity of SEBI Observations”

The Circular is issued to :

• The Registered Merchant Bankers
• Recognized Stock Exchanges
• Entities who propose to list specified securities

Applicability of Circular shall come into force with immediate effect.

In view of the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic and extended lockdown period, and based on representations from various industry bodies, SEBI has decided to grant the following one time relaxations:
