Overview:

American Express is hiring an experienced Analyst – Operation at their Gurgaon location.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Partner with the leadership team across to oversee the day to day flawless execution of absence management n    processes by ensuring the adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures.

Monitor absence levels, identify trends, and create standardized reporting and insights to enable recommendations to senior leadership

Partner with Team leaders and GOCM on Key Performance Metrics critical to operate an efficient operation (i.e.: ATS, CHT, Aux Idle, System Issues, Shrinkage Management etc.)

Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills with proven track record of positively collaborating and influencing in a matrix environment to achieve outcomes with and without direct responsibility

Demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skills.

Ability to leverage a strong Growth Mindset to adapt to change, learn new skill sets, and grow within role

Qualifications for this Job:

Graduate with min 2 years of experience

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Familiarity with AMEX policies and procedures preferred

CPS, SAC and DAP process knowledge and experience highly preferred

Working knowledge of NPM, Tableau, WFM preferred

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, able to manage multiple tasks and changing demands

Experience in MIS/analytical field preferred

Ability to collaborate and influence across organizational lines and at all levels

Analytical skills: Able to interpret data from multiple sources (MIS, data/reports, etc.) and translate into trend analysis and practical glidepaths

Ability to collaborate and build relationships across multiple teams

Proficient with Microsoft office.


 


What Skills are Needed:

Minimum of G3/L3 Rating in year-end assessment basis the new 4-point rating scale

Minimum 18 months tenure in the current role

Applicant should not be on any level of counseling
