Seagate is hiring an experienced Analyst I at their Pune location. As a SAP Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production and shopfloor management process and SAP systems. You will work closely with experienced professionals, applying your academic knowledge to contribute to the implementation and development of SAP systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage & Troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with P2S and other cross functional team members to address production related issues
• Interact with business users to understand business requirement and give feasible solutions related to Inventory management processes
• Work on System configuration, creating Functional specs, creating project reports and documents
• Implement enhancement and projects managing the complete life cycle – requirement gathering/ managing workshops/ interact with dev team/ testing and deployment

• Strong academic background and a genuine passion to work in SAP
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique challenges of a greenfield project

Your experience includes:

• Basic overview of SAP
• Overview of inventory management process
• Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner
• Able to work with professionals having diversified backgrounds in virtual collaboration environment
• Good at problem solving / team player
