 APSC Recruitment 2022: Assam Public Service Commission (APSE) has invited Online Applications invites applications from Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India for the post of Fishery Development Officer and Allied Cadre in the Fishery Department under the Assam Government in the scale of pay Rs. 30,000 to 1,10,000. There are a total of 32 Posts.

Pay-Scale for APSC Recruitment 2022:

Pay scale+ Grade Pay + Other allowances as admissible to the Assam State Government employees from time to time (per month).

Pay scale- Rs. 30,000 to 1,10,000

Grade Pay- Rs. 12,700

Pay band- PB- 4

Education Qualification for APSC Recruitment 2022:

B.F.Sc. Degree from any College/University recognized by I.C.A.R. or D.F.Sc. or Master of Science (Fisheries) from C.I.F.E., Mumbai or any other institute of I.C.A.R.

Eligibility Criteria for APSC Recruitment 2022:

(i) The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.

(ii) The candidates must produce PRC issued in Assam for educational purposes/ Voter ID/ Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency along with the application form.

Age-Limit for APSC Recruitment 2022: The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2022. The upper age limit is relaxable :

By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e., up to 43 years.

By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e., up to 41 years as per Govt. Notification.

For Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD) 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and UR Category of candidates as per Govt. Memorandum.

The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation / HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council and no other document shall be accepted in lieu of the mentioned documents

The last date for payment of the application fee will be 24-09-2022.

How to Apply for APSC Recruitment 2022:

Applicants are required to apply online through APSC’s recruitment website. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted and the Application will be summarily rejected. Applicants who have not registered yet, in the Online Recruitment Portal of APSC are first required to go to the APSC’s recruitment website https://online.apscrecruitment.in and register themselves by clicking on the ‘Register Here’ link and complete the One Time Registration(OTR) process by providing basic details. The applicant may also fill out their online form through Common Service Centers. Applicants without debit cards/Internet banking may visit the nearest CSCs. The applicants are advised to submit only a single Online Recruitment Application for each post; however, if somehow, he/she submits multiple Online Recruitment Applications for one post, then he/she must ensure that Online Recruitment Application with the higher “Application Number” is complete in all respects including fee. The fee paid against one “Application Number” shall not be adjusted against any other “Application Number”.

After submitting the Online Application, the candidates are required to take out a printout of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application and retain the hardcopy of the Online Application Form.
