APSC Recruitment 2023: Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) is seeking eligible candidates for the post of Driver on a contractual basis under the Establishment of Assam Public Service Commission. According to the official notification of APSC Recruitment 2023, there are 04 vacancies for the given posts. The candidate will get a fixed monthly payment of Rs.15000. As per the official notification of APSC Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for the given post should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as of 01.01.2023 and upper age relaxation will be given to SC/ST and OBC between 5 years to 2 years. Short-listed candidates will have to appear in Driving Skill Test, the exact date of which will be notified separately on the official website.
In accordance with the official notification of APSC Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be initially engaged for a period of 11 (eleven) months only. The contractual engagement will neither be regularized nor will be absorbed under any job/program of the Government of Assam in the future. Interested and eligible candidates can apply in Assam Gazette (Part- IX) Standard Form along with 02 (two) copies of a recent passport size photograph, age proof certificate, educational qualification certificate & mark sheets, valid Driving License (Cab), Employment Exchange registration certificate, Caste certificate, duly self-attested Candidate should mention the name of the post applied for in the ‘block letter’ on the envelope containing the application form and submitted it in the office of to the Deputy Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission, Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022 on offline mode before 28.04.2023. For the Driver post, the maximum is 40 years and the minimum age is 18 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 45 years, 03 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e. upto 43 years, and 02 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates i.e upto 42 years.
Candidates applying for the given post must have the following qualification mentioned below.
The candidate will get a fixed monthly payment of Rs.15000.
Only short-listed candidates will have to appear in Driving Skill Test, the exact date of which will be notified separately on the official website. The call letters shall be uploaded to the Assam Public Service Commission’s website and no individual call letters will be sent separately.
