It was revealed that Ayushmaan reportedly lost Rs 87,000 due to a credit card-related issue linked to an online subscription or trial. The family came to know about this after getting a payment notification from his PlayStation account. The elder son, Aaryamann, remembered a similar incident that happened while they were preparing for his song, "Choti Baatein". The elder son shared that Ayushmaan got a message saying Rs 80,000 had been deducted from his video gaming account. This money was never returned. However, this time, Ayushmaan said that the situation was different. He explained that the platform promised a free trial for seven days. However, after the seventh day, they charged him for the full yearly payment without his permission. He said it was a trusted, useful site, but the trial details were confusing. He also said that he was made to contact the AI chatbot. This is a major issue that everyone faces while contacting a platform. In their latest vlog on YouTube, the family have given an update regarding this issue. Aayushmaan, during a video call with his elder brother, shared that the problem was solved after he emailed the company, and the money was promised to be returned.

Experts say that free trials and $0 charges are often used to check if a card works. Some hidden terms and conditions allow auto-debits. Therefore, users are advised to carefully check for subscription details. Experts advise that if such a charge is deducted, the card should be blocked immediately, and the bank must be contacted for a chargeback. To avoid such problems, experts suggest using virtual cards, setting alerts for transactions, setting alerts, and reviewing statements regularly.
