Overview:

Credit Suisse is looking for an experienced Risk Management Reporter at their Mumbai location. You will part of a team supporting the Credit Suisse Non-Financial reporting and analytics (including Qualitative and Quantitative reporting) for major legal entities across divisions. You will be responsible for delivering strategic-initiatives for the team across different regulatory and internal programs. You will face off to key partners across Non-Financial Risk Managers, Risk IT and Finance. As an AVP, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deliveries against goals/targets within the set timelines.

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• Outstanding understanding of Risk concepts, calculations, and prevalent regulatory guidelines like BCBS 239 etc
• Effective management of deadlines and ensure adherence to regulatory/audit requirements
• Prior Operations Risk and Risk Reporting related experience would be a plus
• Outstanding partner management skills and ability to build links with internal clients globally
• Role would suit an outstanding candidate with advance Excel skills (Including VBA/MACRO), presentation skills and would require good experience in financial markets and proven risk management experience.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Qlik/Qlik Sense/ NPrinting would be an added advantage
• Ability to manage work independently and escalate issues appropriately
• Opportunity to develop and improve tools for risk reporting group. Analysis of results needed which would increase exposure to risk management function

Eligibility:

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Finance/ Statistics/ Economics/ Sciences/ Mathematics and completed/ pursuing taking the CFA or FRM qualifications would be desirable
