Genpact is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Tax- at their Gurugram location. They mainly require candidates having good knowledge of Tax & Finance Reporting (Specially US & UK Sales Tax, Federal Tax, Insurance Premium Tax and Auditing) to performs activities such as Monthly, By-Monthly, Quarterly and Annual VAT Returns for Belgium, Ireland, Netherland, Singapore, Switzerland and UK VAT Returns, Monthly US Sales Use Tax Reports, Monthly and Quarterly Federal Excise tax Reporting, Monthly Insurance Premium Tax Reporting and Annual Expense Analysis.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare Monthly and Quarterly VAT Returns
• Prepare Sales Use Tax Reports ,Property Tax Returns, Estimated Tax payments
• Prepare Federal Excise Tax Monthly Calculation and Quarterly Returns
• Prepare Insurance Premium Reports
• Prepare data for Form 1042 and 1099
• Review GL Code for expense for corporate tax return purpose
• Online Tax Payments to Authorities

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

• B.com/M.Com/CA Inter/CS Inter/CMA Inter
• Good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax Reporting (VAT, Sales Tax, GST)
• Excellent written English
• Communication – above average voice skills for query resolution
• Proven work experience

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (like advanced excel, PPT, Word) and Pivot table, excel lookups and data validation
• Understands of auditing and expense analysis reporting
• High level attention to detail and accuracy
• High customer service orientation
