FLC Counsellor

• Candidate should have a Graduate/Post graduate degree from UGC recognized University.

Office Assistant

• Candidate should be a Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com/with knowledge of computers.

• Applicant should be Fluency in Hindi / English would be an added qualification.
• Candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet.
• Candidate should be skilled in typing in the local language, being able to type in English will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should preferably be a resident of the district where RSETI is located.

Watchman cum Gardener

• Candidate should have passed 7th Standard.
• Candidate with the ability to read and write local language will be preferred. iii) The candidate should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture.
• Candidate should preferably be a resident of the district where the RSETI is located.

Tenure for Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of Bank of India Recruitment 2024, candidate  appointed for FLC Counsellor (FLC) position will be appointed for a tenure period of 01 year. Renewal may be possible at Banks sole discretion as per extant policies and rules.

Candidate appointed for  Office Assistant and Watchman cum Gardener position will be appointed for a tenure period of 03 years subject to annual review and renewal of the contract by the Director once a year.

Remuneration for Bank of India Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidate for Bank of India Recruitment 2024 will be paid between Rs. 12000 to Rs. 20000 per month.
