BCG is hiring an experienced Contractor – Financial Institutions at their Mumbai location. As a Contractor, you will work with India FI Knowledge Team members, providing support with primary & secondary research and insights whilst working together with Knowledge Teams members to provide knowledge assets and analysis.

What will you be doing:

With guidance from senior team members to identify & address critical knowledge required for cases teams/clients

Provides customized knowledge for client work, prepares accurate, well-developed documents and charts

Creating reports on new trends, new topics, regulations etc. highlighting the overall impact on Financial Services

Identify key performance indicators for banks and NBFCs and analyze data to generate insights

Support client proposals by compiling data and relevant information, providing research, and topic input to the proposal team

Capture, codify & maintains knowledge content

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree in Banking / Finance from a reputed university, with demonstrated high academic achievement. A banking / Finance background is preferred

Can-do attitude with solid work ethic; attention to detail; energetic, keen to contribute

Good understanding of company financial statements

Excellent written/oral communication skills

Knowledge of financial institutions with a focus on Indian Banking sector experience is strongly preferred.

Strong work ethic with a customer service attitude

Strong analytical skills and data research capability along with strong financial acumen

Ability to multi-task & operate effectively in a matrix organization in a fast-paced environment
