BCPL Recruitment 2023 for Apprenticeship: Check Qualification and How to Apply

BCPL Recruitment 2023: Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) is looking for eligible candidates for 01-year Apprenticeship Training at Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), under Apprenticeship Act 1961. The vacancy is open for Graduate Apprentices and Technician Apprentices (Diploma Holders). There are a total of 121 vacancies for the given post. As per the official notification of BCPL recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum is 28 years. Candidates applying for Graduate Apprentices will be a monthly stipend of Rs. 13800 and candidates applying for Technician Apprentices (Diploma Holder) will be a monthly stipend of Rs. 11100.

Tenure– The appointment is for a period of 1 year.

Age Limit for BCPL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates between the ages of 18 to 28 years can apply. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for Persons with Disability.

Reservation– The provisions of Govt. directives for the engagement of Apprentices in the SC/ST/OBC/PWD Category will be applicable.

Stipend for BCPL Recruitment 2023:

For Graduate Apprentices– Rs. 13800

For Technician Apprentices– Rs. 11100.

Qualification for BCPL Recruitment 2023:

For Graduate Apprentices-

•  A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in a relevant discipline.
• A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline.
• Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.

For Technician Apprentices-

• A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
• A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in a relevant discipline.
• A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.

Selection Procedure for BCPL Recruitment 2023:

Applications received online will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria. If the number of applications received is more then the candidates will be called for an interview. The schedule for personal interviews of shortlisted candidates will be published on the BCPL website.
