Applications are invited for the Post of Project Engineer-I in the field of Electronics, Mechanical, and  Chemical for Missile Systems SBU, Bengaluru Complex. There are 14 vacancies for the Post in Total as of now.

Place of Posting for BEL Recruitment 2022:

The selected candidates will be posted in Bangalore and will also have to travel /stay at Vellore, Tamilnadu for the realization of project activities. Hence, only those candidates who are willing to travel extensively may apply.

Age-Limit for BEL Recruitment 2022:

The age of the eligible candidate shall be below 32 years as on 01.12.2022. The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC, and ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years. Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having a minimum of 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above. 3% of the posts will be reserved for Persons with a Disability (PwBD).

Qualifications and Experience for BEL Recruitment 2022:

The eligible candidate is required to have a Full time (4 years) BE/B.Tech courses from reputed Institutes/Universities in the following Engineering disciplines –

Electronics/Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication/ Telecommunication, Mechanical, Chemical.

Candidate should hold 55% and above aggregate marks in all semesters in the indicated qualification for General, OBC, and EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates. The method of conversion of CGPA to a percentage as per University norms should be compulsorily attached

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification industry experience in the given fields.

Note: Candidates who have experience in the area of Arms and Ammunition, and handling of explosives will be highly preferred.

Remuneration for BEL Recruitment 2022:

The selected candidate will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40000, per month in the 1st year, Rs. 45000 in 2nd year and Rs. 50000 in the 3rd year.

Duration for BEL Recruitment 2022:

Project Engineer-I will be engaged initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended upto a maximum of one year based on project requirements and individual performance.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2022:

Selection for the given post will be done through a Written Test followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates.

Candidates who pass the written test will be shortlisted in a ratio of 1:5 for an interview in the order of merit. Management reserves the right to increase this ratio. 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% for the interview. The names of candidates shortlisted for Written Tests/Interviews and final selections will be notified on our Company’s website.
