BEL Recruitment 2022 for 32 Vacancies, Check Posts, Qualification and Other Details
BEL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited a Navartna Company and India’s premier professional electronics Company under the Ministry of Defence is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Project Engineer on a temporary basis for its Advanced Defence Systems -Navy SBU, Bengaluru Complex. There are a total of 32 vacancies for the given post. The place of posting will be Mumbai and Kolkata. The upper age limit to apply for the post is 32 years. As per the notification of BEL recruitment 2022, candidates applying for the given post will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 40000 for 1st year, Rs. 45000 for 2nd year, Rs. 50000 for 3rd year and Rs.55000 for 4th year (Additional Rs. 12000 per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2022 will be selected on the basis of a written test and interviews. The names of shortlisted candidates will be notified on the official website of BEL and call letters will be sent through registered mail.

The places of posting will be Mumbai and Kolkata.
Tenure- The appointment is initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended upto a maximum of one year based on requirements and individual performance.
The upper age limit to apply for the post is 32 years.
The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC and ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years. Candidates belonging to the PwBD category having a minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.

BE/B.Tech (4-year course) from a reputed Institute/University in the following Engineering disciplines –Electronics/Electronics & Communication/E&T/Telecommunication OR
Mechanical 55% aggregate marks in all semesters in the indicated qualification for General, OBC and EWS candidates and Pass Class for SC, ST and PWD candidates. The method of conversion of CGPA to a percentage as per University norms should be compulsorily attached.
Experience– Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification industry experience to apply for the post.
Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2022 will be selected on the basis of a written test and interviews.
Candidates have to compulsorily provide the CGPA conversion to a percentage of marks as per the guidelines provided by their University. Applications that do not contain CGPA conversion to percentage will be disqualified. The names of candidates shortlisted for written tests and interviews will be notified on our Company’s website and call letters will be sent to the e-mails. The results of the final selection will be available on the As BEL website.
